Operations Director Alan Travena is a Health and Safety expert, with a NEBOSH certificate and risk assessment experience gained from 28 years in the Fire Service. As a fire risk assessor and accident and fire investigator, Alan has a wealth of knowledge in helping clients interpret and apply health and safety procedures to their own specific premises.
Alan is an Associate member of the Water Management Society, has attained the City and Guilds Legionella BS004 certificate.
Managing Director Jo-Anne Travena has special responsibility for customer service excellence. With a degree in business, Jo-Anne has specific expertise in quality management systems (predominantly ISO9001), and is an Associate member of the Water Management Society.
